Your experience
- Demonstrable experience managing warehouse day operations in a fast paced environment as well as being confident decision maker who can operate under time pressures
- A strong leader with the ability to manage through others and hold people to account for their deliverables
- Used to delivering all day shift activities including goods-in, replenishment, picking and collection point operations alongside delivering shift plans that meet volume, accuracy and customer targets
Day to day
- As Warehouse Manager Day Shift, you will be accountable for warehouse performance and metrics, operational excellence and customer excellence
- You will be ensuring goods-in, picking and collection point activities are carried out with precisions, safety and efficiency
- Your Responsibilities will include, operational control, people leadership, stock integrity and governance, HSE and reporting
- Leading by example you will be adept at winning over the hearts and minds of your people and engaging them in your vision. You will set stretching metrics and will ensure your team are motivated to meet and exceed these expectations by delivering evidence of good service and capitalising on customer and sales opportunities.
