Are you an experienced Area Manager from a Managed or L&T pub background? If so, this could be a great next step.
I am partnering with a growing pub business seeking a commercially motivated leader who knows how to get the best from General Managers. You will be confident coaching and developing high performing teams, identifying opportunities to grow sales and profit, and leading with a clear and adaptable leadership style.
You will be someone who wants to:
• Deliver multi site pub teams within a branded, franchised or leased and tenanted environment
• Bring demonstrable commercial judgement and a track record of improving site performance
• Has supported estate growth, including new site openings, within a fast paced hospitality, retail or leisure brand
- Leads by example and builds genuine, people focused relationships
Day to day, you will be in your pubs, working closely with your GMs to create standards, execution and commercial results. You will share best practice across the estate, partner with property on new opportunities and play a key role in successful openings.
