AdMore has been working with us for about a year, though I personally have only recently begun working with them. They have a very people-centric approach that goes beyond just matching skills and experience to our requirements; their ability to widen our brief and source candidates is as good as I have experienced.
They understand our culture and are easily able to translate that in to their screening process which is hugely useful when time is constantly at a premium. The phrase quality over quantity is too often used, but is very pertinent with this straight-forward, easy to work with recruitment partner, and that is what they are; a partner. Their service doesn’t just stop at basic recruiting though. They have conducted a couple of external benchmarking audits for us allowing us to truly understand our competition. The feedback has helped us to shape our attraction strategy and drive efficiencies in our recruitment processes. It’s still early days but I am confident that their suggestions will drive true value both to our business, and more importantly our candidates!
