Regional Manager - South
Retail
Salary up to £85k + bonus + package
London or South Based
Your experience
· Proven multi-site leadership. You MUST have previously managed multi-site managers in retail or fast paced service-led, customer motivated environments such as, storage, hospitality, QSR, leisure, telco, financial services, logistics-to-consumer or automotive
· You are engaging and fun to work with while being a consummate professional and have a demonstrable track record creating fun working environments with positive cultures that have led to highly engaged teams
· You have attention to detail supported by an organised and structured approach to everything that you do
· You have experience of leading teams across differing geographies, of sales and service focussed sales people to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver against sales targets and KPI’s
Day to day
As a Regional Manager, you will be accountable to create customer satisfaction metrics, operational excellence and sales performance across your highlighted region.
· With responsibility for the leadership, success and development of your management team, you will demonstrate a fair leadership style ensuring that your team receive clear direction and support through coaching and mentoring.
· Site visits will be visible, supportive and focused on maintaining branch standards across the region
· Communicating with head office and drawing upon the support functions to set your teams up for success and ensure you will can deliver on your targets
· Managing and delivering on a broad and diverse portfolio of projects and areas of responsibility for the broader business you will be proactive in solving business critical issues and implementing systems that contribute to the continued growth of us
