Are you an organised, detail-driven operations professional looking to make an impact across a fast-paced, performance-led environment? I’m seeking a Project Manager to join our client's team, taking ownership of core operational processes and supporting the operations team in providing consistency, compliance and excellence across all sites.


As the Project Manager, you’ll be in the centre of my client's business developing, planning, and optimising internal processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. You’ll head cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensure smooth operational delivery across the region.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and communicate structured, standardised approaches to compliance and field support across the operations team.
  • Ensure all operational records, agreements, and compliance documents are accurate and up to date in line with company standards and local legislation.
  • Manage external relationships including mystery shopper programmes, workwear suppliers, and payment terminal providers to create actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Support training and onboarding for new operators, ensuring a smooth start and ongoing compliance.


About You

  • Experience as a Central Operations manager or similar role, ideally within a multi-site or retail environment.
  • Skilled in managing projects the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working with external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • A proactive communicator with attention to detail focus on continuous improvement.
