This is not a back office reporting role. It is a seat at the table.
I’m looking commercially focused Management Accountant to join the senior leadership team, supporting their Hospitality and Leisure estate.
You will take full ownership of the finance function across multiple business units, leading a team of four and acting as a true business partner to the Operations team and wider leadership team. Your insight will shape decisions, influence strategy and achieve performance.
You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate management accounts across weekly, monthly and annual cycles, ensuring clarity around profit, cash flow and overall financial health. Beyond reporting, you will identify trends, highlight risks, uncover opportunities and recommend practical actions that improve margin and efficiency.
Cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting will sit firmly in your remit, alongside investment appraisal, cost control and financial planning. You will strengthen internal controls, oversee taxation in partnership with external advisors and deliver the audit process to ensure full compliance and governance across the group.
Equally important is your ability to guide and develop people. You will mentor and grow a capable finance team while supporting non finance stakeholders with clear, commercially grounded financial insight. From pricing and tender analysis to KPI and bonus performance tracking, you will play a central role in translating numbers into confident business decisions.
