We are partnering with a growing and motivated organisation to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape and deliver the supply chain strategy. You’ll operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment delivering commercially robust, efficient, and scalable supply chain solutions.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end supply chain activity, encouraging performance, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading supply chain and procurement activity,

  • Developing and delivering end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives

  • Managing supplier relationships (including international suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners)

  • Leading commercial negotiations, contracts, and SLAs to deliver cost-effective and high-quality outcomes

  • Overseeing supply and demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination

  • Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring governance and compliance with internal processes

  • providing continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, planning, and logistics

  • Supporting new business initiatives by designing scalable and competitive supply chain solutions

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial and Operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver

We’re looking for a commercially astute, hands-on supply chain professional who can operate both strategically and operationally.

  • demonstrable experience end-to-end supply chain role

  • demonstrable stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels

  • Demonstrable commercial acumen, including contract negotiation experience

  • Experience across supply planning, logistics, and supplier management

  • Track record of managing supplier performance and driving improvements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
