We are partnering with a growing and motivated organisation to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape and deliver the supply chain strategy. You’ll operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment delivering commercially robust, efficient, and scalable supply chain solutions.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end supply chain activity, encouraging performance, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading supply chain and procurement activity,
Developing and delivering end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives
Managing supplier relationships (including international suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners)
Leading commercial negotiations, contracts, and SLAs to deliver cost-effective and high-quality outcomes
Overseeing supply and demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination
Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring governance and compliance with internal processes
providing continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, planning, and logistics
Supporting new business initiatives by designing scalable and competitive supply chain solutions
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial and Operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver
We’re looking for a commercially astute, hands-on supply chain professional who can operate both strategically and operationally.
demonstrable experience end-to-end supply chain role
demonstrable stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrable commercial acumen, including contract negotiation experience
Experience across supply planning, logistics, and supplier management
Track record of managing supplier performance and driving improvements
Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
