We are looking for an experienced and commercially motivated General Manager to oversee a large Hotel in Lowestoft. This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager who thrives on leading high-performing teams, providing performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences at scale.

About you

• You are an established hotel manager with a background
• Operations and have a demonstrable track record Managers, improving operational standards and consistently delivering against financial targets and KPIs.
• You are highly commercial, with a deep understanding of rooms revenue, top class service and cost control. You know how to balance guest experience with profitability and can identify opportunities to produce growth.
• With natural previous leadership experience you enjoy developing talent, developing demonstrable leadership teams and creating a culture of accountability and engagement. You are hands-on when needed, but confident empowering your teams to deliver results.
• You will focus on delivering demonstrable commercial results, improving operational efficiencies and ensuring brand standards are consistently exceeded.
• From budgeting and forecasting through to people development and guest experience, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the region.
