Your experience
RICS qualifications would be preferred but not essential alongside an appropriate background which will include management, budgeting and analysis. QS skills would be off a distinct advantage.
A track record and experience of delivering full end to end projects in construction, fit out, refurb and building project management and experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
A Monday to Friday role on a 40 hour contract and construction project management experience from the retail or manufacturing sectors would be of particular interest
Day to Day
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will focus on fully leading construction projects, completing them on time and within budget
Building relationships with and liaising with third party suppliers and contractors will also be needed to successfully execute the projects.
