Are you immediately available and have experience of working as an Area Manager in L&T Pubs?
Have led a team of general managers or landlords previously and have experience of coaching, developing and riving business opportunities with a commercial mindset
Adept at ‘situational leadership’, very people focussed and commercially astute
A strong operator from a branded, franchised or leased and tenanted service focussed environment
Have scaled a business and delivered multiple new site openings within a dynamic fast moving hospitality, retail or leisure brand
Day to day
You will spend your time in your sites with your team of landlords, leading, coaching and developing them and assisting them with their commercial performance
Constantly communicating and spreading best practice you will be overseeing standards and delivering the quality of product and execution of the operation that our client is known for by its partners and stakeholders
Any given day will see you looking at new sites with the property team, handing over keys to a new site opening and constantly striving to deliver for your team and offer a great product to your customers
