You are a retail manager or have retail management experience
You have a history of solving problems, providing solutions and changing processes to further improve the performance of you stores.
You may have been classed previously as a manager who can identify problems and 'root cause analyse' issues quickly but not necessarily a manager that can sustain an ongoing incremental positive change to the business.
You are motivated by solving the problems quickly, implementing the plan through the teams and then moving onto the next business challenge
