Our client is looking for a high calibre Hotel Manager to join this large and well known London hotel. Not for the faint hearted this a fantastic opportunity to join this high performing hotel. Whilst your presence will be felt day to day in the operation, you will also set the strategic direction of the business providing vision and clear goals to the team with the customer the centre of everything you do.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training, support and guidance as needed
- Monitor the financial performance maximising revenue and ensuring cost control measures are in place
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and regulations
