My client is a growing retail / hospitality business and they are currently recruiting for a Head of Property.
This Head of Property role looks after all matters relating to the UK property estate ensuring budgets and business requirements, and in compliance with applicable laws. To own the relationship between the Company and respective landlords and councils.
This will also include:
• Rates management
• Rent reviews
• Site finding/pipelines – lease negotiations
• Landlord relationship and lease management
• Sale and lease backs
• Land disposals
• Lease terminations and evictions
• Managing vertical business relationships
• Managing and communicating council notices related to town planning
• Annual budgets – rates and rent
