Our client are looking for a high-calibre General Manager to join a unique, lively hotel with a successful company who can present real opportunities to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high occupancy, high performance hotel. Whilst your presence will be felt day to day in the operation, you will also set the strategic direction of the business providing vision and clear goals to the team.
You will be expected to:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and outlets
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training, support and guidance as needed
- Monitor the financial performance maximising revenue and ensuring cost control measures are in place
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and regulations
