With sites across the UK, this fast growing hospitality business is recognised for their professional operation and market leading service. Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their fantastic team.

So what does this role involve?
As a Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company's property asset as well as delivering a successful investment programme in line with agreed targets. This is a field based role and you will need to have had exposure to overseeing a number of sites.

You will be expected to:
Proactively manage all repairs and maintenance through effective communication with the Property and Operations teams.
Plan and implement future investment opportunities where you identify potential opportunities for growth and change
Offering guidance and advice, you will influence business development whilst protecting the asset to maximise property value.
Manage supplier relationships and new relationships to ensure an effective, high level of customer service and value for money.
You will provide property expertise and advice to key stakeholders within the company through regular updates and reviews.
