Our Client has been growing for the past few years and are now in need of a new Regional Director. If you come from the Care Sector then please read on as this may be the challenge you have been looking for!
The business is growing and in order to keep growing, they need someone who can implement strategy and get things done! This is not a role where you will expect people to tell you what to do. On the opposite, due to the support team being built, you will be expecting to drive your team and make a lot of your decision autonomously.
So what does the role involve?
As Regional Director you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of Care Settings across the region and managing a team of Area Managers.
You will also:
Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities in the field or head office arise.
Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service, display, compliance and inventory control are maintained and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
