A household name and a vibrant, unique company culture. Our client is an industry leading player in the hospitality industry who is looking for a passionate and inspiring Property Helpdesk Manager to join their team in Chester.
This role is perfect for an existing helpdesk manager or senior team leader who is service focused with a passion for going the extra mile and looking to grow their career.

So what does the role involve?
As Property Helpdesk Manager you will work closely with your team to ensure a consistent, positive experience and to provide effective support across all things property related.
* Through the implementation of relevant training and business plans you will work towards building and retaining a team with long-lasting relationships and a wealth of property knowledge, ensuring an exceptional experience in every interaction, and advising effectively.
* You will work with the team leaders contributing towards setting and achieving relevant goals and development plans.
* You will take ownership of driving a support-focused culture, ensuring an easy, positive liaison experience. You will be responsible for implementing relevant tools and processes to aid this as well as identifying and removing any hindrances that may affect this.
* You will utilise your industry knowledge and system insights to maintain agreements, issue work orders, make insurance claims and escalate queries with the relevant stakeholders.
* You will live and breathe the company values sharing your passion with your team.

What qualities will you need for this role as Property Helpdesk Manager?
* You have experience of working in a management role within a fast-paced, multichannel helpdesk environment.
* You are a passionate people person with a proven track record of successfully leading a team. Experience in helpdesk or controller services is preferred.
* You will have a strong understanding of the key principles of property management, including insurance, repair & maintenance, contracts & letting agreements, refurbishment expenditure and budgeting. You are a confident individual with experience in problem solving and conflict management.
