Day to Day
· Owning the commercial activity to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded, whilst being focused towards providing great customer service and a high quality of food.
· Giving direction and guidance to the team to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus within the team.
· Leading from the front. inspiring and coaching your team to deliver best in class customer service while supporting them in their personal and career development
