This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Director to join the leadership team of this brilliant and successful consumer business. The IT Director will shape the company's tech strategy, taking responsibility for infrastructure, security, IT operations, integrations, and e-commerce. In this role, you will be tasked with setting a vision for how technology can be evolved and integrated to better meet the needs of the business as it continues to grow. Collaboration with key senior stakeholders will be key to this role to truly gain an in-depth understanding of the company's objectives and challenges and how tech can support this. You will also focus on horizon requirements, identifying innovation opportunities and supporting activities on emerging technology to provide proof of concept work that can inform the roadmaps of products within the businesses and across shared technology platforms.

Working within a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment, you will be both a strategic thinker as well as someone with hands-on experience. You will be required to have involvement in the day-to-day running of key areas, whilst also having the ability to step back and make strategic business decisions. You will also lead and support a team of specialist managers.. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

An experienced technology leader, you will demonstrate a strong track record in developing and growing high performance teams. You will ideally have had experience in a retail, hospitality or manufacturing environment and will have proven experience of transforming a technology team and are motivated by the challenge.
