The role will involve:

* Manage the full P & L of the channel
* Deliver budgeted sales and Profit through a team of National Account Managers
* Propose, negotiate and execute annual business plans with all key retailers
* Increase distribution through developing new retailer relationships
* Gaining market share through innovation and management of trade and promotional activities
* Drive activation and retailer technical understanding
* Detailed customer analysis on revenue and growth opportunities, with implementation of corresponding strategic plans
* Exceptional cross functional working, particularly with marketing to identify and execute our branded activities with excellence
