They are looking for a people focused Head of Estates with responsibility for Property Management, Facilities and Health and Safety.
Role
The role will involve leading a team to effectively manage the property portfolio of the business. You will ensure the operation is safe, secure, and where maintenance issues are fixed quickly and efficiently. In addition to managing the internal team you will work with third parties and contractors where necessary to support the operation. In the role of Head of Estates you will be given a considerable degree of autonomy as well as budgets to ensure the portfolio is not only fit for purpose but maximises the commercial opportunities. culture which welcomes autonomy and an enjoyable environment with a good work life balance.
What qualities do you need to be successful?
You will have a background in property management and facilities.
You will have a strong working knowledge of health and safety
You will possess excellent stakeholder management
You are driven and set high standards for yourself and those around you
