So what does the role involve?
-As Area Manager you will have the opportunity to shape your role and your team.
-You will take ownership of the commercial activity to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded, whilst being focused towards providing great customer service and a high quality of food.
-You will inspire and coach your team to support them in their personal and professional development.
-As a people focused manager you will give direction and guidance to the team to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus within the team.
-You will be fully responsible for streamlining efficiency, sculpting the operational process and driving beneficial change.
