Suzanne trained to be a solicitor before moving into agency recruitment where she has recruited commercial retail roles at mid to senior level for over 6 years. Currently, she heads up our Buying, Merchandising and eCommerce division which is growing rapidly. Suzanne's passions outside of work are travelling, interior design and chocolate.

Pete has over 6 years experience in the Hospitality industry within Operations and Marketing following his graduation from his Business and Economics degree. Pete specialises in recruiting for Retail and Hospitality Operations nationwide at single-site level. Pete is passionate about food and loves travelling. He is busy ticking off the places on his bucket list that he still wants to visit, although the list keeps getting longer with new places being added each year!

Russell has over 15 years recruitment experience supporting the Retail and Hospitality sectors. As one of AdMore’s founders, Russell is mainly focused on managing our largest accounts and developing our client portfolio. In addition, he also manages executive assignments across a number of disciplines. Russell started his career in Retail on the Marks and Spencer graduate scheme before becoming a Manager.
