What will you be doing as a Training Manager?
Developing Training Program Plans for "Succession" and "Development Programs" to retain the best talent in the business
Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organisation's mission and vision
Responsible for engagement activities while ensuring employee satisfaction
Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations
You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager on diverse projects
