Training Manager - Learning and Development Manager - South East (Watford, Brighton, Kent) - Growing Sales Business - up to £45k!

Our Client is a growing Retailer (Sales) in a phase of real growth and need the best talent to join their team. Energy and pace is crucial! They need people who will be able to work in a very fast pace environment and be very hands on.

If you currently are a Training Manager - Learning and Development Manager in general Retail or Sales and are looking for a new opportunity where you will be able to work in a very fast pace environment then I would love to hear from you!

What will you be doing as a Training Manager - Learning and Development Manager ?

  • On site Training with Sales Manager and Sales Executives to make sure all employees are developing their skills & techniques.

  • Delivering group sessions to operators and make sure you can recognise the needs and solutions to make the team more productive.

  • Ownership of induction every month for all new best talents joining the business.

  • You will own your region and will work closely with other L&D Managers across the UK.

  • Listening and caring for all operators in your region to make sure you are providing them with the best Training & Development.

This opportunity is for someone who love developing people and have a real "can do attitude" as you will need to be 3 steps ahead of the game.
