Sourcing leads. Chasing the leads. Hunting for business. Sourcing and selecting new clients. Managing your network. Being the face of the brand and a true ambassador.

The business is growing internationally so this is the best time for a driven and ambitious Territory Sales Manager with the focus much more on 'hunting than farming' to join the team! This role is crucial in building the brand further and making a name for the business by providing the best training in preparation for a new franchisees to launch their business.


Are you an experienced professional sales consultant or manager looking to join an innovative and fast-growing business? Do you like the thrill of the chase and the recognition for achieving?


To be successful in this role you will need to:


Solve problems. Quickly and effectively. By looking outside of the box, using your entrepreneur skills and flair and ultimately getting your sleeves rolled up and leading from the front when needed.


Be used to being flexible when necessary and driving the company agenda simultaneously.


Be open, honest and likeable with the desire to sell solutions and attract new investment to the brand by sourcing and selling to new franchisees.


Have had commercial sales experience to date in either a franchise environment, a food led sector or indeed in recruitment. Experience of finance, KPI management, marketing and sales gained within recruitment or business development environments will be very beneficial.
