Talent Manager - Recruitment Manager - Growing Hospitality Business - up to £40k - London

Are you an inspirational leader with a proven track record as a Recruitment or Resourcing Manager? Are you a strong communicator and looking for an exciting step in your career?

The business is in a phase of real growth and need the best talent to join their office. Energy and pace is crucial! They need a Talent Manager - Recruitment Manager who will be able to work in a very fast pace environment and be very hands on.

More than a Recruitment role, you will be heavily involved in :

  • Talent attraction - Making sure that future best talent understand the opportunity and development they will gain
  • Talent retention - Creative planning in order to make employees stretched and eager to learn
  • A lot of autonomy to create succession planning for the business and developing the best talent
  • You will have responsibility for managing external agency relationships, agreeing preferred supplier lists and ensuring line managers are following best practice.

What qualities will you need to be successful as a Talent Manager - Recruitment Manager?

  • You will be extremely energetic and very hands on!

  • With a positive approach, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at developing new practice and procedures.

  • Experience of in-house recruitment is essential for this opportunity
