Supply Co-ordinator (3 month FTC) - London - Up to £28k

Are you accurate, analytical and capable of playing a lead role on our food administration team?


Our client is one of the most well-known luxury retailers in the UK. Recognised as a brand whose strong values and culture are at the heart of their success. Based in the heart of London, they are now looking for an Supply Co-ordinator on a 3 month FTC to ensure the continued delivery of the best possible service to their customers.


Supply Co-ordinator (3 month FTC)

  • Contribute ideas/help define strategy to deliver sales plan with the buying and retail teams

  • Drive efficiencies throughout the supply chain through continuous improvement of processes and automation

  • Perform operational daily tasks in order to deliver the right product at the right place at the right time and the right cost

  • Responsible for daily admin tasks and reporting on performance of their category including availability, waste and supplier performance

  • Demonstrate a flexible can-do attitude which owns and acts on issues

  • Build and nurture key relationships across external suppliers and internal colleagues

  • Responsible for ensuring updates of forecast information are processed on a daily basis to meet sales forecasts and the interface between SAP and suppliers is maintained

  • Responsible for delivering KPI's in waste management and availability whilst maximising sales opportunities

  • Be the primary day to day contact for all queries from suppliers, sales floor, buyers, distribution in relation to product availability

  • Maintain system to ensure accurate orders are raised


Supply Co-ordinator (3 month FTC)

  • Must be critical thinker and a fast-paced learner

  • Keen eye for detail and comfortable working with multiple systems

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solver and experience with stakeholder management also essential

  • Passion for the industry, products and the customer

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including IT proficiency

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
