What does the role of Store Manager involve?
You will have full responsibility and autonomy for your operation, ensuring that it is running smoothly
You will be proactive in meeting customer and stakeholder expectations.
You will lead and motivate your team, improving them with training and development opportunities.
You will proactively work with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will report regularly on your operation.
As a people focused manager you will guide the departments in your operation to provide consistent customer service and to drive operational focus.
You will have a natural ability to manage and put in place processes and systems to effectively and commercial run your business.
So what qualities will you need for this Store Manager role?
You will have experience managing in a fast paced retail environment, ideally with multi-product experience, and will be energised by working in such a dynamic environment.
You will have great communication skills and will be customer-focused.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
You will have an analytical mind but with a keen feel for customer service
