As Store Manager, you will need to be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, competent at making commercial decisions and drive a profitable store. You will need to be strong at providing great care and customer service, as well as demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Key requirements of the role:
Manage KPIs in line with company and branch targets.
Manage P&L ensuring costs are controlled and budgets met
Maintain and build relationships with not only your direct team, but key stakeholders internally and externally also
Ensure every decision is commercial, ensuring profit is paramount as well as prioritising your daily tasks accordingly
Customer service is key; you will demonstrate a great rapport with customers and build a strong client base
Develop and retain your team, ensuring that all members of staff are sufficiently trained.
Ensure you are coaching and mentoring your team and positive feedback is given at every opportunity
You will be a Store Manager from the Retail or Hospitality environment. You will be able to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and a keen understanding of the complexity of balancing the commercial imperative with genuine care for your customers.
