Store Manager Optical - Cosham
We are looking for a strong performance driven Store Manager for a leading Optical chain.

As Store Manager, you will need to be someone who is all about customer service, building relationships and improving store performance, seeking any opportunity to improve performance, as well as leading your staff by example! This is an opportunity to really grow sales with a company you can progress in!
Key requirements of the role:
Manage KPIs in line with company and branch targets.
Manage P&L ensuring costs are controlled and budgets met
Deal with key internal stakeholders as well as managing external relationships
Make commercial decisions, ensuring profit and other KPI's are met
Seek opportunities to grow the client base and ensure customer service is paramount
Contribute best practice ideas to the Regional & Divisional management team.
Ensure the business is compliant in line with company policies.
Manage your team in a positive way, ensuring members of staff are trained competently
Give both constructive and positive feedback at every opportunity
You will be a Store Manager in a similar healthcare business or from the wider Retail or Hospitality environment. If you haven't worked with healthcare professionals previously you will be able to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and a keen understanding of the complexity of balancing the commercial imperative with genuine care for your customers.
