Store Manager - Up to £30k - Crawley

Are you an ambitious Store Manager from a branded retail environment looking to join a fantastic business with great progression opportunities?

Our client is an industry leading multi-product destination retailer looking for a highly commercial and engaging leaders to join their expanding company.

What qualities are we looking for?

Commercially minded

You will take complete ownership of your store's commercial activity to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.

You will be responsible for exciting store events to engage the local community overseeing the marketing to ensure opportunities for business development are utilised.

Creative

You are a creative individual who is always seeking new and innovative ways to attract your target audience.

You have a unique approach for the visual merchandising and display of your varied product range.

Proven track record

You will be able to give examples of a time where effective marketing and merchandising created positive sales/opportunities.

Previous experience in a busy and fast paced environment

People focussed

As a Store manager you will give direction and guidance to the departments within your store to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus.

You are also passionate about coaching others to support and continue their development.

This role offers a salary of up to £30,000 bonus benefits.
