Would you like to work for a fast growing online retail business? Our client is a beautiful well-known online brand offering garden, home and gifting products to their customers. The brand have a wide category of carefully ranged branded and own branded products.

What to expect in this role as Head of Performance Marketing:

  • Planning and implementation of the Digital Marketing strategy

  • Responsible for coaching and developing a team of specialists to maximise marketing performance.

  • Using data driven insights to drive performance marketing channels.

  • Applying best practice techniques to drive profitable sales form existing customers through a highly evolved CRM programme across e-mail, search, social and display advertising.

  • Ensure a market leading customer experience on the business website whilst driving a test and learn culture to optimise journeys.

  • Driving required reporting and analytics to facilitate full evaluation of campaigns and test programmes.

What you need to be a successful in this role as Head of Performance Marketing:

  • Previous experience at Head of Performance Marketing or Senior Performance Marketing Manager level, with management responsibility for a team

  • Retail sector experience is preferable

  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of driving revenues and best practices in a D2C environment

  • Experience across all digital marketing channels (display, paid social, paid search, programmatic, SEO, email)

  • Ability to utilise external agency expertise to meet strategic priorities, ensuring effective direction to meet specific objectives within the agreed budget

  • The ability to build strong relationship internally with senior stake holders
