Contact Centre Manager

A leading business in the technology sector
Up to £40,000 Bonus!

They are looking for a manager who enjoys;
Surpassing sales targets and driving the number
Leading from the front to inspire their team and as a coaching tactic to embed past practice
Galvanising a team of keen sales consultants through clear direction, focus and feedback
Building a team and fostering a culture that creates excitement, energy, passion and a team spirit to deliver performance whatever else is going on
Who is not afraid to tackle poor performance when it happens and whose first inclination is to look for the training gap and how that can be fixed by themselves or the training team to support and develop their colleagues
Having a sense of ownership and is motivated by putting themselves out in the limelight and backing up their own reputation with performances


You will be a leader and an energiser to those around you

You will not be a shrinking violet and you will be driven, energetic, motivated to succeed and above all be tenacious and fun to be around.
You will have been a Contact Centre Manager or have experience of call centre and contact centre environments and of driving sales and service teams in these environments through appropriate processes and procedures
You will have experience of managing teams of operators handling SLA's around service, up selling, cross selling and customer resolution from any number of products or service led environments
Experience of working in a D2C model will be beneficial
You may have experience from a store support role previously and have always wanted to be more involved with the sales driving elements of the business

The role
As a Contact Centre Manager you will need to lead and coach a team in the best way possible around sales & customer service. You know how to build relationships with customers and deal with complaints and how to develop these skills within your team. There is a great future planned for this team and they need someone who is passionate, has great energy and wants to become a great leader to move the business forward.
