Social Media Lead

Camden, London



Reporting to the Brand Engagement Manager, this role will focus on developing and improving the company's outreach through its social media channels (with a strong focus on Instagram), significantly increasing the reach and engagement of the brand in order to improve brand awareness on a global scale. You will make recommendations for, and support in implementing key strategic initiatives via social media through engagement as guided by the Brand Engagement Manager. Your exceptional communication skills will mean that you are able to convey our brand tone of voice and brand values in all that you do. You will report on the results of all activity and be constantly striving to increase reach and engagement.


This role is well suited to an individual who is proactive and enthusiastic, friendly and open-minded, and is expertly social media savvy, with an awareness of Social Media trends and how to get the best out of this channel. We're looking for someone who has an understanding of the yoga industry, who is keen to learn, has an eagle eye for detail, a tenacious and resilient personality and a willingness to go above and beyond to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on executing engagement across all social media channels (with a strong focus on Instagram), in order to increase the reach and presence of the brand
  • Support on sourcing images and content through our social media channels, for use in our marketing activities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers
  • Support with social media posting schedule
  • Analysis, daily review and reporting on the use and success of specific social media events/activities
  • Support the Ambassador Manager in tracking and reporting on ambassador performance and engagement
  • Feedback important and significant outcomes/trends to the Brand Engagement Manager to support strategic targets to grow the business and improve brand awareness



  • Minimum 3 years overall work experience, including minimum 1-2 years' experience in delivering brand reach through social media
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Highly personable and able to form great working relationships
  • Ability to portray the brand point of view in a personable and accurate manner
  • A commercial and practical mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • Experience working in (or a keen interest and understanding of) the health and fitness and/or yoga industry
