Senior Reward Manager, North West London , up to £75,000!

This is a FTC position (12 months)

A household name. A vast range of products. A vibrant, unique company culture. Our client is an industry leading, multi-product retailer who is looking for a passionate and creative Total Reward Specialist to join their team at their Head Office in London.

I have met the line manager who made me feel welcome and part of the team straight away. She is looking for someone who is comfortable coming up with new ideas, being creative and is able to use flare with autonomy.

As the Senior Reward Manager you will:

  • Have broad experience of working in a senior Total Reward capacity (Comps, Bens and Mobility)
  • Prior experience of creating and implementing a Total Reward strategy

Short to medium term goals of the Senior Reward Manager:

  • Create and deliver a Total Reward Strategy
  • Contribute to the Transformation agenda through Total Reward
  • Support the TR manager in building the new function
  • Ensure clear communication across the transformation project within all areas of Total Reward.
  • You will have technical skills with Microsoft Office specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
