**Senior Events Manager - North West London - £57,000 Fantastic benefits!**

My client is an established organisation going through huge growth operating in the Leisure, Property and Hospitality sectors. Their offices are incredibly cool, modern and funky. They're now looking for an experienced Senior Events Manager to build and deliver a creative, brand and customer-aligned events strategy aimed at driving customer engagement and supporting customer retention. You'll strategically lead a comprehensive calendar of events across multiple venues, collaborating with premium brand partners. This is a great role not to be missed…!

Key Accountabilities for the Senior Events Manager role:

  • Lead all strategic event planning and oversee its delivery with the support from the Events Manager.

  • Execute a wide range of small-scale hosted events and more complex flagship hosted events

  • Hold regular strategic event project meetings and compile key actions for progression, providing strategic guidance

  • Conduct detailed, post-event debriefs, utilising the feedback above to inform the design and execution of future events

  • Manage relationships and partnerships with event agencies, brand partners, talent and other suppliers, ensuring a high standard of operational delivery

  • Collaborate effectively across the business on program goals, messaging, communication and overall event plans

  • Provide advice, support and direction to other departments as required in organising smaller scale events and deliver other ad-hoc bespoke events for the brand as required

Experience required:

  • Strong operational experience of managing and delivering programmes/events on the ground, management of mass participation events

  • Ability to interpret data and make sound commercial decisions, be able present simply and clearly to stakeholders

  • Proven experience of team leadership/management and driving performance. A successful history of being a leader, mentor and coach

  • Enthusiastic, humble team player with strong people skills and a proven track record of working collaboratively

  • Commercially astute - will be responsible for event budgets and spend management

  • Experience creating safety management plans and emergency planning

  • IT proficient, including Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally social media content curation/posting on event (ideal but not essential)
