Sales Operations Manager - Wholesale Hair & Beauty - North West London
Paying up to £30k with an achievable £40k OTE

In this role, you will be expected to manage and grow the existing retail and wholesale accounts and develop new customer relationships within the Hair and Beauty trading business. You will be expected to oversee the ongoing purchasing of the traded products in response to customer demand and market trends. This will require you to negotiate with existing suppliers, develop relationships with new suppliers, and ensure sufficient stock is purchased to meet demand and the margin expectations of the business.
As Sales Operations Manager, your duties will include:
Managing the existing key wholesale and retail accounts
Opening new key retail and wholesale accounts in the UK
Sales forecasting and pipeline management
Budget and P&L management and reporting to the Directors of the business.
Managing, setting targets and reviewing the performance of the Sales Executives
Managing and driving sales through the telesales team and managing all operations function
Recruiting and developing the sales force to maximise sales growth
To be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 5 year's experience of working within a product wholesale and sales trading environment.
Previous sales experience within the hair or the beauty sector is preferable.
Strong leadership skills, team-building skills to motivate a team
Ability to work under pressure and negotiate both on the client-side and supplier side.
