Sales Manager - Wholesale Hair & Beauty - North West London
Paying up to £40k with an achievable £55k OTE

In this role, you will be expected to manage and grow sales within new and existing markets, whilst ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered. You will be expected to oversee the ongoing purchasing of the traded products in response to customer demand and market trends. This will require you to negotiate with existing suppliers, develop relationships with new suppliers, and ensure sufficient stock is purchased to meet demand and the margin expectations of the business.

As Sales Manager, your duties will include:

  • Opening new and managing existing key wholesale and distributor accounts in the UK

  • Setting revenue, KPI and performance targets, and managing the delivery of these.

  • Building relationships with key accounts

  • Working closely with Marketing team on promotions, new products, lead generation and sales collateral.

  • Budget and P&L management and reporting to the Managing Director.


To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous sales experience within the Hair & beauty sector

  • Previous experience of selling consumer products into national retailers.

  • Strong sales analytically and reporting skills.

  • Be disciplined, fair, and resourceful and communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to work to exceed targets.
