The Sales and Operations Director is THE key role in driving sales across all stores in the UK through your team of field managers.
This is a field based role with minimal presence at head office. Your presence in stores will allow you to lead from the front and lead by example when face to face with customers and your teams of managers and sales consultants across the estate.
Unlocking the potential of your field team, helping them to grow and develop and in turn enabling them to drive ever better results from their stores will be critical to your success.
Understanding shop floor management and impacting the customer journey positively is the key to ever increasing sales growth.
Sales and standards and are at the heart of this role and your ability to keep the team focused on both will be the key to your success.
You will understand retail first and foremost and your career to date will have been in predominately sales and service driven environments.
With sales at the heart of everything that you do and driving performance being your mantra you will not shy away from making the tough decisions when necessary.
A natural leader of people you will be adept at winning hearts and minds through a focus on asking the right questions at the right time.
You are focused, driven and committed to delivering the result in way that excites and energises those around you and allows you to gain their buy in to take them on the journey with you.
UK based this is a nationwide role and you will be out in the field for most of your working week leading from the front in the store estate and bringing the corporate strategy alive with your teams.
You will need to have excellent literacy and numeric skills and proven analytical ability
Above all you must be a rounded individual with a strong and outgoing personality with a story to tell people about, outside of your work life.
