Reward Manager (Benefits), North West London (Harrow), up to £55,000

This is a FTC position for 12 months.

A household name. A vast range of products. A vibrant, unique company culture. Our client is an industry leading, multi-product retailer who is looking for a passionate and creative Total Reward Specialist to join their team at their Head Office in London.

I have met the line manager who made me feel welcome and part of the team straight away. She is looking for someone who is comfortable coming up with new ideas, being creative and is able to use flare with autonomy.

As the Reward Manager you will:

  • Solid hands on experience of working in a TR capacity (Comps and Bens, with focus on benefits)
  • Proven experience of the following:

- Benefits review
- Vendor management
- Pensions
- Well being
- TR Budgets
- Prior experience of implementing TR related change initiatives

Short to medium term goals for the Reward Manager:

  • Create and deliver the benefits strategy from market research to business case and implementation of a flex portal
  • Maintains all communication/portals related to benefits
  • Deliver on running business
  • Introduce TR to the wider business and P&C community
  • Establish himself/herself as the point of contact for all TR related questions
  • Train and educate P&C and line managers on TR
  • Support the TR manager in building the new function
