Reward Manager, West London (Harrow), up to £50,000 & Amazing culture!

A household name. A vast range of products. A vibrant, unique company culture. Our client is an industry leading, multi-product retailer who is looking for a passionate and creative Total Reward Specialist to join their team at their Head Office in London.

I have met the line manager who made me feel welcome and part of the team straight away. She is looking for someone who is comfortable coming up with new ideas, being creative and is able to use flare with autonomy.

As the Reward Manager you will:

Work as part of a project team with a business that is going through a transformation project.

  • You will be a key stakeholder in delivering against the transformation project dealing with changes in salary and new job offers and packages.

  • Support the business to document and facilitate meetings between the line managers and transformations of team.

  • You will be comfortable working across multiple projects and have the ability to offer solutions to situations that may occur.

  • Ensure clear communication across the transformation project within all areas of Total Reward.

  • You will have technical skills with Microsoft Office specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
