Reward Analyst - North West London up to £40k package

Responsibilities will include:
Work as part of a project team with a business that is going through a transformational project.
You will be a the custodian of Data and Reporting ensuring the accurate and timely capture of all relevant changes (i.e. location, salary, job offers, packages etc) within relevant systems and reporting.
Ensure the accuracy and timely payment of related changes.
Support the business to document and facilitate meetings to determine, confirm and track movements within the business and related costs.
You will be experienced in managing and maintaining close working relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance and Data Teams).
Generation, Analysis and Presentation of regular and ad-hoc reporting on changes (e.g. movements, costs analysis etc) to the Transformation Team.
You will be comfortable working across multiple projects and have the ability to offer solutions to situations that may occur.
You will have Technical Data and Reporting experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Office specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
