A household name and a vibrant, unique company culture. Our client is an industry leading, multi-product retailer who is looking for a passionate and inspiring Restaurant Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes.
So what does the role involve?
As a Restaurant Manager you will work closely with your team to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience throughout their visit to the store.
To demonstrate a true understanding and share in our client's people centric approach and values based retail store environment and be part of the senior management team for at time 600 co workers
Be a strong contributor to the Unit management team, lead the Food service team to ensure that guests are always in focus. Be willing to listen and support them with a can do attitude in line with our client's values.
Empower and encourage your team to take immediate action to meet the needs of customers and give input on how to continuously improve customer service.
You will enjoy being hands on and be happy to be customer facing in a large store Retail destination unit.
Help establish our client as the preferred employer of choice by attracting those who share the company values, ensuring development for all staff, inspiring the staff to perform and remain with our client.
Support the business needs and direction to achieve the business objectives.
Be able to work in partnership with all business functions and be a key stakeholder in decision making and service providing.
Actively contribute to the growth of the business through and with people at all levels.
What qualities will you need for this role as a Restaurant Manager?
You will be highly commercial and people focused and have a passion for service delivery.
You will have a proven track record in an Hospitality capacity or large store management position working preferably in a people focused culture.
Successful and advanced experience of commercial, retail management or the role of multi-unit food service manager with proven leadership abilities is preferred.
Be a passionate individual that has strong beliefs in co-workers potential.
Understand and have experience in talent management, recruitment, development and succession.
With a positive approach, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
This role offers a salary of up to £22,000 plus a great package!
