With sites across the UK, this fast growing hospitality business is recognised for their professional operation and market leading service. Our client is looking for a Property Project Manager to join their fantastic team.
So what does this role involve?
As Regional Property Manager you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company's property asset as well as delivering a successful investment programme in line with agreed targets.
Proactively manage all repairs and maintenance through effective communication with the Property and Operations teams.
Offering guidance and advice, you will influence business development whilst protecting the asset to maximise property value.
Actively manage supplier relationships and new relationships to ensure an effective, high level of customer service and value for money.
You will work alongside the property team ensuring retail opportunities pursued are the most efficient and valuable approach for the company.
Challenge investment plans on a by property basis ensuring the right designers are given a robust brief to deliver a balance between successful schemes and innovation.
You will provide property expertise and advice to key stakeholders within the company through regular updates and reviews.
What qualities will you need to be successful in this role?
You are a highly commercial individual able to give examples of delivering success within a multi-site retail property role such as building surveyor or project manager.
A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering success and working effectively in a team.
You are able to offer knowledge of retail property, statutory compliance legislation and landlord/tenant legislation.
A highly organised individual with an understanding of budgetary and financial cost control.
A minimum of either an HNC in Building Surveying or professional qualification i.e. RICS or CIOB
