Regional Manager - Fixed Term Contract 12 months Mat Cover

North Wales and North West - up to £60k Car / Allowance Excellent Package

Our client is looking for a confident, passionate Regional Manager to join and oversee their team.

As Regional Manager you will have the opportunity to shape your role and your team making a positive difference to the performance of the business.

The Skillset - Regional Manager

  • As an Regional Manager, we do need you to bring with you a track record in managing a group of stores and the ability to manage P&L.

  • You must have exemplary people management skills, an approachable, energising coaching style and be a role model to your colleagues.

  • As the Regional Manager you must have an obsession for fantastic customer service and you will ensure you deliver results whilst managing risk.

  • With exceptional people focus, you will create a competitive but team focused environment, balancing your focus on the operational needs of the business against the broader strategic perspective.

  • You must have fantastic communication skills and the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders and customers alike

  • A degree educated candidate is preferable.

  • A candidate that thrives in an business that is people focussed and willing to give you the autonomy to do your job!

  • You must have multi-site experience at either 2 - 3 years minumum.
