HR Business Partner - South West - Growing Hospitality - up to £47,000 car bonus!

If you are currently a HR Business Partner in Hospitality; either QSR, Pubs or Restaurants then keep reading as this role may be the one who have been looking for to progress!

Our Client has been growing steadily and is not looking to slow down anytime soon! They are looking for a commercial people-focused HR Business Partner to cover the South West region of the country.

They take care of their people and wants someone who can really cope with ambiguity and can grow with the business, working with regional managers and the wider operations team to get the best out of their people!

What will you need to become a HR Business Partner:

  • You will need to be a CIPD qualified (or working towards) HR Business Partner for a fast paced QSR or Restaurant chain

  • You will have experience across a number of sites, with the ability to manage your time using your commercial skills to prioritise effectively

  • You will have a wide range of experience in employee relations, able to deal with day to day HR queries and support managers to get the best from their team
