Our client is a market leading operator of licensed premises. The breadth and depth of their operation allows the business to offer flexible bespoke agreements to their partners and outstanding career prospects for the best candidates, with their success based on the fantastic teams of people they have working in their business.


What does the role involve?

The main focus of the role is to ensure that the bespoke agreements that are in place across the estate for our partners are adhered too. You will be responsible for the relationship, interpretation of intelligence data, conducting investigations into potential breaches of agreements and negotiate payment plans.

As the Regional Compliance Manager you will drive compliance across your Region
The Regional Compliance Manager must be resilient and have the ability to adapt and deliver in a fast paced environment.
The ability to build effective working relationships across all levels is key to your success.
You must have strong commercial awareness, an eye for detail and have strong organisational and planning skills and be able to maximise your efficiency
The Regional Compliance Manager must be tenacious and driven with the ability to manage conflict effectively

What are the skills required?


As the Regional Compliance Manager you must have a proven track record in a compliance / Audit role within the retail or hospitality industry
You will have excellent technical skills and be proficient with PC applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to assimilate and interpret data for business needs.
You will possess excellent communication and commercial skills, and be a real team player with the ability to relate to colleagues at all levels and foster a team environment.
We are looking for a real self starter who is well organised and displays personal drive and be able to work on own initiative.
Attention to detail is critical with the ability to 'close the deal'
Negotiation and Influencing skills along with the ability to work under pressure are a must to be a success in this role
