So what will this role as Purchasing Admin Lead involve?
Management of the purchasing admin team including new starter inductions, training, coaching, 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
Identify any areas of improvement, investigate possible solutions and raise with the management team
Oversee ordering process across group businesses in line with requirements and in consultation with senior management
Produce and manage reports detailing aspects of purchasing functions as well as stock availability and as highlighting challenges in weekly meetings
Develop a key understanding of business requirements and processes involved in all aspects of RMA management as well as working with stakeholders to manage processes and deliver improvements on delivery of same
Act as a local escalation point for RMA queries and working to resolve any issues in a timely fashion
So what will I need to be successful in his role as Purchasing Admin Lead?
Experience with using SAP is required
Track record of successful people management
Purchasing and sales administration experience
Good time management and organisational skills with experience working in fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, with good communication skills
Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
