Product Administration Assistant up to 20k near Sunningdale

My client is looking for a product stock administrator who can support the Stock Control Manager in maintaining stock availability of the product range. In this role you will work with a number of stakeholders such as Buyers, Customer Service, Finance and E-commerce to achieve results.
In this role you will:
support the Stock Control Manager to manage daily ordering across products ensuring optimum product availability
Work with Goods In team to resolve delivery issues
Run daily and monthly reports to distribute to Stock Control Manager and wider team
Work cross-functionally with customer services to resolve customer queries and respond to reviews
Update websites with stock availability changes on products
Adhoc support and requests
For this role you will need the below skills:
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills - Team player
Willingness to learn & succeed
Computer literate (Word & Intermediate Excel)
Good planning and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience working with stock/product database
Maths GSCE or equivalent
Product availability optimised and correctly communicated on websites
Invoice, order and delivery queries resolved within agreed timelines
Customer queries resolved within agreed timelines
Issues escalated to Stock Control Manager on a timely basis to expedite resolution
